Warranty & Guarantee Policy

At Vapor Rhino LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of the products and commercial equipment offered on www.vapor-rhino.com (the "Site").

 

Please read this Warranty & Guarantee Policy carefully. It outlines your rights, coverage, limitations, and claims procedures regarding our products.

A. Coverage & Duration

  • We warrant to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that all new equipment, machinery, and commercial products purchased directly from us or an authorized distributor will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal commercial use and proper maintenance for a period of 1 year from the date of original delivery ("Warranty Period").

B. What Is Covered

  • During the applicable Warranty Period, Company will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair any defective part, component, or assembly using new or reconditioned replacement parts.

  • Replace the equipment with an identical or functionally equivalent product.

  • Refund or credit the purchase price of the defective equipment (if repair or replacement is deemed commercially impracticable).

C. What Is Excluded (Warranty Limitations)

  • This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or routine maintenance parts (e.g., seals, O-rings, hoses, nozzles, brushes, gaskets, or filters).

  • Misuse & Neglect: Defects, failures, or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, alteration, improper voltage/power supply, lack of proper maintenance, or operating contrary to provided owner's manuals.

  • Chemical / Environmental Damage: Damage caused by hard water scale accumulation, harsh chemical additives, unapproved cleaning liquids, freezing temperatures, or environmental contamination.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by service, repair, disassembly, or modification performed by anyone other than Company or an authorized service representative.

  • Freight & Shipping: Freight, shipping, customs, or handling charges associated with returning equipment to Company or sending replacement parts, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

A. Guarantee Terms

We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying equipment purchases made directly through our Site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an authorization to return the equipment within 30 days of delivery.
 

B. Guarantee Conditions & Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): You must contact customer support to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any product back. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be refused.

  2. Condition: Returned equipment must be in clean, fully operational, and re-salable condition, complete with all original accessories, documentation, attachments, and original packaging.

  3. Restocking Fee: Returns under the satisfaction guarantee will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping, freight charges, and insurance costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. How to Submit a Warranty or Guarantee Claim

  • To initiate a warranty claim or return under guarantee, please follow this step-by-step process:

  • Contact Customer Support: Email us at questions@vapor-rhino.com with your original order number, serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  • Provide Documentation: You may be asked to provide clear photographs and/or video demonstrating the defect or operating issue.

  • Receive RMA & Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide instructions on where to ship the item or part.

  • Inspection & Resolution: Upon receipt, our technical team will inspect the item. If covered under warranty, repair or replacement parts will be processed and dispatched promptly.

4. Statutory Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS:

  • THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • NO DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEES OF COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED TO CREATE ANY EXPANSION, EXTENSION, OR MODIFICATION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Note: Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL VAPOR RHINO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, DOWN TIME, COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF USE, OR LEASE COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, OPERATION, OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  • COMPANY'S MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Warranty & Guarantee Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Alabama.
