What is the power usage for the VRS unit requiring service?

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM / DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONS

When the unit is plugged into the appropriate power source, does the unit indicate power? (ie lights turn on, beeping, etc)
If the unit indicates power, does the unit build pressure?
If the unit builds pressure, does it maintain pressure without an error? (ie beeping and lights alternating between the on and off switch and boiler on and off switch)
If the unit builds pressure without an error, does steam release when pressing the trigger on the hose gun?

  1. Find a box with the appropriate shipping strength. To ensure safe arrival, we highly recommend a box that supports 275lbs. This provides greater bursting strength than 200 lb. test boxes. Guarantee shipments arrive intact. UPS recommended weight capacity up to 65 lbs.

  2. Be sure to drain ALL water from the unit by unscrewing the drain plug found at the bottom of the unit. Once all the water has been removed, screw the drain plug back in place.

  3. Remove the metal carriage from the unit by unscrewing the four black knobs located on the back of the unit. Set it aside. This will not be shipped.

  4. Remove the front and rear casters from the unit. These will noot be shipped with the unit.

  5. Securely wrap the power cord to the unit.

  6. Place 1" think (or thicker) along the bottom of the box. If available and for a more secure shipping, use plastic shipping wrap to hold the foam in place securely around the unit. Wrap the plastic multiple times areound the unit making sure the foam pieces are protecting: the drain on the bottom, the buttons on the right front of the unit as well as the two knobs located on the left front of the unit.

  7. Once all this complete, place the unit inside the box. Be sure to reinforce any loose areas between the box and the unit. If there is, fill with foam. Any movement of the unit within the box during shipping can potentially cause the unit to tear through the box resulting in damage to the unit.

  8. Take the unit to your closest UPS Store ship the unit to:
